- 10,000 guest houses, 500 new addresses per year (1,500 guest rooms), with an average investment of 42,000€. Average length of rentals: 16 weeks per year and 3 nights per stay. Average price: 49€ per night for 2 people, breakfast included and 17€ for the table d’hôtes meals.
